Our types of assessments include Standard, Comprehensive or Group.

 

Standard Assessment

> 30mins

• Assessment of job tasks

• Evaluate & adjustments to workstation setup, including seating/desk etc

• Recommendations around movement, stretches and exercises, as well as self-management techniques

• Basic report outlining assessment findings and recommendations (including ergonomic equipment where relevant)

> Primarily recommended for preventative or ‘peace of mind’ purposes.

 

Comprehensive Assessment

> 60mins

This assessment seeks to minimise the aggravation of any current injuries, aches or pain, whilst providing education on proactive symptom management techniques and/or ergonomic equipment needs.

Assessment includes:

• Assessment of job tasks

• Evaluation of & adjustments to workstation setup, including seating/desk etc

• Recommendations around movement, stretches and exercises, as well as self-management techniques

• Recommendations around specific stretches, exercises and adjustments for problem areas.

> A detailed report summarising assessment findings, stretches / exercises and ergonomic equipment recommendations (where relevant)

 

Group Assessment

This provides a cost-effective solution to assess the ergonomic needs of small to large groups of employees. Group assessments generally comprises 15-minute individual ergonomic assessments, and are ideal for workplaces wanting to proactively manage and mitigate any potential ergonomic risk whilst ensuring employees are working comfortably and safely to support their overall effectiveness.

Workplaces are provided with a comprehensive group report summarising assessment findings, ergonomic recommendations and equipment needs (where relevant).
