Through lived experience, we have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly teenagers and young adults. Using a progressive approach and a range of neuro-affirming practices we aim to empower the individual and educate the people around them.

Developing strategies to aid with emotional regulation, social participation and building individuals confidence and ability to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Supporting independence with implementing pacing strategies and ergonomic adjustments to improve participation in daily activities, fall prevention, memory strategies, and home modifications for safety.
